MrPrice ONLINE IS A ****. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER NOR MY REFUND SINCE FEBRUARY 2019

I have lodged a complaint against MrPrice earlier this year about an order I paid for and never received. I noticed there was a problem when I could not track my order with the tracking number they gave to me on their APP. I even went to their nearby store and and explained my situation. They asked if I have an account with them, and when I said I don't. They then asked for proof of payment from the bank, and I sent them my bank statement. They said they want the proof of payment that's typed out by the bank. I went to the bank and Absa said they can't produce one because I did not make the payment using the Absa banking app. So from there I just felt hopeless, I didn't know what to do a anymore.
