MrPrice group order enquiry failed

I have not yet been helped by MrPrice since the response I got regarding my online purchase. I have sent several emails & I tried the Mr price online chat for assistance. I was given ***. I sent all the necessary details of proof of purchase but no luck.

On the response for my review I was told one the customer service team members will assist. Yes she did respond via email, I sent everything she asked for. She has been quiet since, today & yesterday I sent her email to enquire about the status of my order there was no response. It saddens me because money was deducted for payment& now those hiker boots are even on sale from R249.99 to R150.
