Mr.price ********** online services and couriers

I placed an online order in the morning hours of black Friday of almost R3900.00. Up to date I haven't received my order, yet I got an e-mail saying that my order has been delivered at my home. I called the customer care centre that same day(3 December) to inform them that I wasn't called and never signed for the order, who was it delivered to. The agent said I gave a 011 number, which isn't true as I don't have a landline number. They then logged a query through to the courier company, and I still haven't gotten any feedback. It's really disappointing. I didn't get my order, Mr.price isn't giving me feedback about the couriers and seems like my money is gone. It's the worst thing ever for a courier company to let some random person sign for an order, without them being the purchaser.
