MrPrice Customer care.
I made an online order at mrp delivery and I've paid the express.. that means I should receive my order tomorrow (its been 3 days).. I called the customer care.. their agents take forever to answer the call. I had to call 3 times. When they finally answered my call their agent sounded disinterested and was unfriendly... that was utterly discouraging.She showed absolutely no concern for how worried I was about receiving my parcel on time! She just told me delivery will take place once my order is being shipped. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP IT AND WHY WAS THIS INFORMATION NOT MENTIONED ON THEIR WEBSITE??????
I would not recommend this ordering here to anyone! I'm already having a bad experience.
