MrPrice clear my name

I got a call from a lady yesterday asking me when am I making payment on my Mr Price account (of which I don’t have) it appears someone opened an account at MrPrice using my details and took clothes worth R5000 I never lost an ID book so MrPrice must tell me how the application was authorised now I am told I need to go to the police n sort dis out…at whose expense??mind you I stay in Mpumalanga now since February dis year yet the account was opened in March 2022 Mr Price must clear my name cos I went to sheetstreet to open an account n was told that I was taken to credit beruea #MrPrice must clear my name dis is ****😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
