Mr.Price Bad Customer Service

One of Mr. Price consultants was suppose to contact me regarding my query but never did. Instead they contact me to make payment but I already paid my account. I am highly disappointed in their service. I had to go to a store a few times and call their call centers a couple of times to solve my query, which I am still not happy about. Absolutely pathetic!!! To make things worse they don't even apologize for all the inconveniences.
