MrPrice App Trouble.

Hi

I had purchased two items on the MrPrice app on the 6th Of February. The product takes 3-7 days to get to my place but the items have not yet been delivered and it’s the 7th of March and still have gotten my purchase. I have emailed twice to their customer service and I haven’t gotten the response. I tried calling the delivery numbers and no one picked up.
