Mr.Price account - balance not decreasing after months of paying

I've had a Mr.Price account since May 2024

During the course of those months until March 2026

I've bought on my account 5 times and since than I've been paying r345 without buying on my account, however the balance does not decrease.

I've asked them to close my account mutiple times but no action has been made
