<p>What a BAD SERVICE provided by MRprice on line store.... I made a purchase on 28 November 2016 and up untill today I have not yet received my order....When I called Fedex to inquire I was told my package is still in Pretoria and must still be shipped to Cape Town... How bad is this while your Terms and Conditions for online purchase clearly states 0-3 working days for a order to be deliverd... Well!!! today its 7 days and I am still waiting. I even called the MRP call ctr and was told " sorry but your order will take time...You know what MRP I need the items like tomorrow for my child that's why I place it 7 days in advance.....EXTREAMLLY BAD SERVICE.</p>
