MRPInsurance- No service Whatsoever!

I spoke to a call centre agent in March to cancel the 360 Life insurance on my account. They reversed an amount in April, then just kept charging me every month. I have contacted them repeatedly both on the phone(snarky agent) and via email to cancel and reverse these funds as I refuse to pay for something I cancelled. The only communication I get is from the accounts department threatening to hand me over for non-payment. However this issue just never gets resolved. #frustrating
