Mrp uneducated staff

I'm disappointed and discussed in Mrp Durbanville branch. I have a birthday gift voucher and they told me that they can't help me coz it's a online voucher but Mrp customer care told me that a voucher can be use online and instore.all The staff got no experience and uneducated. They literally chased me out of the store coz it was already closing time and loadshedding hasn't started yet. MRP doesn't have a option for voucher payments. Now I'm sitting with birthday voucher with no use
