Mr.Price Twincityy in Bloemfontein has the worst service. The manager raised her her voice her voice towards me when I tried to exchange something and I had accidentally lost the receipt. I've shopped at MRP for years and never had I had such service. I know that if your loose your receipt that you can't get a refund but you can exchange the item for something else. I think the manger's name is Kele or Keke. She even refused to give me her surname when I said I would report her bad service.
