Mrp Sunnyside is nonsense and I’m never going back!!!

I went in there to show them my sms for my store credit card being approved and the service I received was appalling! I felt like they’re not even getting paid for their jobs I felt like I’m a nuisance! I’m never shopping here again! I lost my ID recently and I wanted to come in and get my store card, i was told that “she needs to scan the card so she needs the original” I don’t even know how long that will take but my BIGGEST issue is them not understanding how to deal with customer service. If you’re going to tell someone unfortunate news you need to explain everything and take your time, she just said “we need to scan it” and walked away. The lady that stayed behind was busy looking elsewhere until I had to ask “so I’m guessing that’s it? I can’t be assisted” then she said yes. Why do I have to DIG an explanation out of you? Now I’m standing there like a damn idiot I couldn’t even discuss options of emailing my ID copy in order for her to scan it. Highly disappointed and I’m SUCH a fan of MRP! What nonsense!
