MrP stands for Mr Pain - Laughable online service

<p>It is so frustrating. This kind of experience is what truly turns people off from shopping online. It is such a pitty because this is usually such a competatively priced store, catering for all South Africans. </p> <p>I ordered a gym bench for my brother as a gift for his birthday. The item was well priced but i was a little overwhelmed when the delivery price was almost that of the item. Neverthe less, i paid up believing it would get to my brother within the promised three to five days. </p> <p>The time is up and MrP's support sentre cannot be reached, they do not respond to emails. I know its Christmas but if a compny cannot handle the pressure they should not make promises they cannot keep. </p> <p>I would have been better off going to one of MrP Sport's competitors and buying the item off the shop floor. </p> <p>Never again!!!</p>
