MRP Southgate pathetic workers and service

On the 25 may 2019 around 1pm pass 1pm I went to Mr Price / MRPP Southgate while looking for things these 2 coloured ladies started speaking to me I guess the one distracted me by asking alot of questions 5 minutes later when my husband came closer to where we were looking for clothing...the lady i was standing with since looking thru the racks says "why is your bag open"i looked and next thing my purse was ****** out of my backpack. I then asked one of the worker was also standing there if she saw anything she instead gave me attitude and said you need to look after your own belongings, I asked if they have cameras in the store she again gave me attitude when answering. I then went and asked the security who is female she then said I must ask the cashier at the till to show me who the manager is. i did that approached the manager who also showed no sympathy and interest when I told her what happened she continued on writing whatever she was writing there didnt even consider asking me to wait 5 min fir her to complete what she was doing. ,My thing is their customer service is very poor and if they are depending on a female security guard to protect such a big store who God knows will get how far when chasing after ********* then they should think again about their security measures, I mean they are right at the exit/entrance of the mall and once someone *****s anything they can just overpower that female security and gone they are. if small Somalian shops in JHB town can have cameras all over their stores how much more a big company like Mr Price / MRP I want footage of the people that went into the shop because I would be able to identify those ladies. Now I have to re-apply for my ID and marriage certificate Ive lost money all my cards ... I need to re-apply for all of that even my wedding back GONE!!!!!!!! I would appreciate someone getting back to me as I am not leaving this here
