Mrp simcard

I took a sim card at Mrprice in August. They said they will activate it after 24hrs of which they never did. They have been taking money from my account since. I have been trying to get them to cancel it since the simcard is not even working. This keep telling me my ticket has been resolved which is not true. Poor poor poor poor service!!!!
