MRP Sent Mismatched Shoes + Still No Response on Missing Socks Hello Peter, please can you assist me with this tiring matter -

I paid R45 for delivery because I couldn't get to a store. Now I’m expected to go in to exchange a shoe that MRP packed incorrectly?

I ordered a pair of size 9 shoes, and received one size 9 and one size 6. How does something this careless happen? The size difference is obvious, and the shoes were packed right next to each other. This clearly shows a total lack of attention and accountability.

To make things worse, I’ve been following up for more than a week on a previous order where the socks I paid for were never delivered. I received a prompt response to my first email, stating that they couldn’t assist without more information. I sent all the required info immediately — and since then, I’ve been completely ignored.

This isn’t the first time either — it’s the third time (if not more) I’ve dealt with complete incompetence and a blatant lack of accountability from MRP.

I don’t have the time to call or keep chasing this. My time is limited, and honestly, this entire experience has left me in tears out of pure frustration. It’s exhausting having to constantly fight to receive what I paid for.
