MRP sent a coupon to me that didnt exist

I received an e-mail from MRP yesterday that said if I purchased more than R550 yesterday 29.02.2016 I could use the coupon :LEAP29 and get a R150 discounted from my shopping if i shop on My Mrp account, I filled my online basket and the coupon did not work the system told me its expired, i try to get an online chat that wasn't available for almost 2 hours and then I eventually I sent about 5 e-mail, read receipts received but no response.<br> I called the customer service this AM and i was cut off and then i sent another e-mail it was read but not responded to...This is not on !!!!!
