MRP SANDTON CITY THEFT EXPERIENCE

This incident happened last year sometime whilst I was shopping at MR.PRICE SANDTON CITY, I was trying on a shoe whilst my husband kept my handbag beside him. Whilst he waited for me, a couple stole my cellphone from my closed handbag whilst my husband was holding it (SHOCKING). We had no idea that they even stole it as it was done so quick and so discretely. A MRP staff member rushed to me and told me to open my bag and check if anything was missing and to my surprise my cellphone was gone. They rushed to the guards in the store and cornered the suspects who they saw touch my bag. Thankfully the lady and her husband were caught instore with my phone and it was returned to me. I am so grateful to the 2 ladies in MRP Sandton City for being so alert, if it wasn't for you both I would have never known that my phone was missing. I rewarded the ladies with a cash reward, we left the suspects in a holding cell within Sandton City and the funniest part of it all is that the SAPS of Sandton City did not give me any feedback on the *********, case number, etc. Anyway, I am at least happy to have my phone back and I would like to thank the vigilant staff of Sandton City MRP.
