Mrp phone insurance

I would not recommend taking out phone insurance the amount of hassles you have to go through for your claim to be processed is ridiculous and that's even if it gets processed. You are required to go to the store of purchase to report you're lost or ****** phone from there you go to the police station to make an affidavit and to your network provided to blacklist your number then go back into the store to give the imei number of the lost or ****** phone then you hear after a few weeks the person that sold you the phone never registered your insurance and it's back and forth for another week They then call you to ask you why are you not using 2 sims when it's dual sim not everyone wants 2 sims some of us has had our sims for years and don't want to change to another network okay so then you have to go to the police station again to state why you didn't use 2 sims in a dual sim phone and send your proof of purchase and this new affidavit to insurance claims and wait to see what mountains you have to climb just to get you're phone replaced so the Internet is not lying when they say insurance tries each and every way possible not to pay out your claim. It's not my fault the person assisting me never registered my insurance but she charged me for it l, it's also not my fault my phone was ****** I followed all the steps but still here I am without a phone because i need to go make another affidavit so please explain to your customers what this insurance entitles... A HEADACHE and a waste of time. This is not fair to be sent up and down just because someone didn't do their job properly. I bought this phone in may already and took the insurance with it but it only got registered now on the first of September according to the claims department and how's this my fault I lost everything on my phone emails passwords private documents and they are more worried about little stuff I'm so disappointed in mrp the store where my phone was ****** and just everything in between.

Get your staff to tell people they are required to use the sim provided let the staff tell customers the honest truth and lastly tell them to do their jobs right the first time because I wouldn't be waiting weeks if the assistant actually did register my insurance and send me the email stating that... it's my first time taking insurance I was probably supposed to smell it needs to be registered and an email must be send right? I'm tired of these ****s
