Mrp online sold me something broken

22 August 23 i bought a kids pair of heels online. I got an email to inform that mu package was delivered at the store of my choice i fetched the package on 25th August i opened the bag took our the heel only to find the left foot had deep scratches on the heel i phoned customer service ro assist me but the products is apparently sold out on her side by online there are stores that has the product. I'm extremely disgusted with the way the product came to me and it's something i want i paid for it i do not want a refund which they are offering i just want the shoes that i bought and what i saw online thats it
