Mrp online service

I have never in my life experienced a more pathetic online service such as Mr Price. I am a regular purchaser of online clothing it's easy and convenient. However Mr Price service is so pathetic and such a inconvience.

**************** with delivery fees as you never get it without the days that you pay for. To top that off communication with there call centre agents who mind you have no empathy or sympathy as if you as the client have done anything wrong.

I cannot state this enough and encourage people to not use mrp online purchasing as you will just be disappointed. Money making is obviously at the fore front of what they stand for not customer service at all.
