MRP online order

I ordered a pair of sleepers at MRP on the 12 January 2018 to be delivered at Pongola. As usual you first pay for an item and pay the delivery fee before an item can be processed. I went back and forth to to shop to check if my order was delivered, they kept telling me its not delivered as yet,however when I tracked the item on my mrp app,its was already delivered. Still today I have never received my order. When I called the store(Pongola), no one knew about my order even after I had given them the order number. Eventually a lady named Purity said she knows bout my order and they had opened it when they did stock take and unfortunatly they have sold it. How do you sell an item I have paid for without contacting me? Still to date I have not received any formal communication about this matter. Order number ********** 08074
