MRP ONLINE IS A NIGHTMARE

I clothes via the online platform trying to avoid the instore endless ques. I got the shock of my life! Delivery was promised at 2-4 Days. Its been two full weeks now. The contact center just keeps saying its with the courier. They really need to use a more efficient courier service.
