MrP Online - Drama on the 25th of April

On the 25th of April 2018 they messed up their online shopping portal. When you shopped online and checked out your clothes were discounted to about 50%. So OBVIOUSLY people will all like shop till they drop.
Two days after I received an email saying it was error and my order had been cancelled and that they'd give me back my money. The long weekend went by, still no SMS notification that I had been refunded, a week went past and still nothing, just emails spamming my inbox.
A friend of mine who had ordered clothing on the same day and received all the discounts received her clothing another one got a voucher. Me, nothing.
Mr Price, please either give back my money or the clothes I ordered. This is the second week now.
