MRP ONLINE DISASTER

MRP online is such a nightmare! I ordered clothes online on the 27th of May 2020 , I am well aware that there is a back log of deliveries therefore it would take longer than a week to receive my parcel but this has gone overboard now because i have not received anything to date. If anything whenever i check the status of my order it says my order has been shipped and is ready to be delivered , a day or two after my order status changed to delivered. How? because i didnt not receive anything nor did i sign that i received any parcel. I raised a query and sent numerous e mails trying to get assistance in this regard but i have not received any. I am frustrated and highly annoyed by the lack of enthusiasm and eagerness to help. As a regular customer I feel helpless and do not have any other platform to express myself besides this one. Thus far the service has or lack thereof has really been poor and very disappointing! AND WORST OF ALL I HAVE TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STILL HOLD FOR 30+ MINUTES BEFORE ANY CONSULTANT CAN GET BACK TO ME. PATHETIC!
