MRP online app *****s your money and does not work

Please dont use the Mr price online order ever , i had the worse experience ever. They deducted my money from my account , sent me no order number and then when i contacted them It was advised i need to wait for 48 hours for accounts department , then there AFTER ANOTHER 3-7 WORKING DAYS for my money .This is out right crazy .The applications instant eft Functionality was broken .it knw hw to deduct my money but order is nowhere to be found

Its like its my fault that their app isnt working. Super ****ed and ill never buy at MR price every again .
