MRP NOT Ready For ONLINE BUSINESS!!!!!

I purchased for R165 online, money went off my Mrp money account and I received an sms thanking me for my purchase. I then went to orders and there was no transaction. Till today there is no transaction, no parcel and money has not been credited after I have queried twice - telephonically and I store. All I keep getting is empty promises! I will not recommend online purchases with Mrp its a waste of time and they seem very behind compared to other retailers. Please credit my account so we can part ways.
