MRP nonsense AGAIN

Placed an order on the 3rd of July. Paid for delivery. Went to go check order on the 10th of July and it was there but couldn’t take it because status didn’t change to shipped and I explained to the sales person that I’m leaving the province for varsity and in return she said there’s nothing she can do, the call center is closed and it’s a shame because the package arrived early on the 9th of July. This is just pathetic because everytime I go fetch an order there are piles and piles that they go through before finding mine but it would make sense since MRP never notifies people of their orders delivery on time. Pathetic!!!!!!! I’m so infuriated. Now I have to leave without my jacket
