MRP Money disorganization

I paid my account on the agreed date using the App (EFT) and the payment was processed and successful on my side, weeks later MRP money is still calling me and sending me threats on the phone because according to them I have not paid my account. I have sent them proof of payment but still they calling me!! this is extremely annoying and very unprofessional on their side
