MRP MONEY CONTACT NUMBER NOT WORKING

I have been trying to link my card on the MRP app so I can order stuff online for my baby and pay with my account. I have contacted the MRP money line all day and it just keeps cutting me off. It says there is a problem linking my account to ID number. I need this sorted out ASAP as in pietermaritzburg there is no baby stuff available for me to buy.
