MRP is ***********!!!!

I had an account with Mr Price years ago - i had an accident which led me to not been able to work for 2 whole years as i was paralyzed. I eventually paid of my account as soon as i could in full which was already with the debt collectors. I have been given proof of payments.

However now after having absolutely no debt i am trying to create a credit rating so i tried getting an account again with mrp but i was declined so i phoned to ask what was the reason for the declining of my account only to find out THAT MRP STILL HAS MY ACCOUNT IN ARREARS EVEN AFTER I HAVE PAID THEM ALL THESE YEARS LATER! The lady told me i need to contact the debt collectors. This matter needs to be investigated by MRP themself! Why should i investigate this? I want my name cleared as i have paid in the money in full and this is absolutely ridiculous behaviour coming from such a big corporate business.

Please can i have some feedback asap!
