MRP Online is terrible, I have just discovered how they ***** and rob people via online orders. Please take note when they claim there is no stock of an item after you already made the purchase. I realized that the stock of item was actually still available online after they claimed it was not in fact it is up until now still in stock in all sizes. They want me to re order the item with a voucher and then i must pay delivery and courier fee again for a item that is in stock. to how many people are they doing this and scoreing delivery fees and pick up fees everytime, never mind the customers time,money and effort. This is day light *******. Please double check your mrp online orders and stock when they claim there is no stock. I requested a refund of my money back into my account, who said i want a voucher or would want to ever buy online again. They just assume to send a voucher for the item that i paid cash for and then they dont consider my delivery fee paid aswell. This is unacceptable. Customers should be a retailers no 1 priority but with MRP they simply do not care about customers needs or wants
