MRP is a **** now!!!

I would like not recommend anyone to have an account with MRP it looks like a **** now, If you not up to date with you account summary they can over-charge you even if you email them, they not replying back and fix their errors!!! Good Morning MRP

I would like to follow on my query and my account is not updated yet. Should I post on social media about my current experience with MRP?

I placed an order online and some of the items were out of stock, but still my account is not updated which means MRP will over charge me and be like a **** cause I sent this email on the 12/02/202 and now it the 25/02/2020 no feedback on my query.
