Mrp Insurance sucks

MR Price insurance sucks.

I submitted a claim almost 2 weeks ago meaning I have sent the documents required of me to submit a claim , I have emailed numerous of times asking for feedback on if the claim is being processed with no response. I called numerous of times only for them to tell me the exact same thing. We are busy with last weeks claims and it takes about 2 to 3 weeks. My question is why don't they atleast give you feedback. The service is ridiculous.
