MRP Insurance Pathetic Service

I would advise people not to take out policies with MRP insurance. The claims department is extremely inefficient. You are told that claims take 1 month to process but after a month the agents still don't submit your documents and you are left calling all the time to find out the status of the claims. Each time you call someone gives you a different story each time about the progress of the claim. There is no feedback at all unless you call the claims department and when you do call, the information given to you is incorrect. I don't know who monitors the process or if anyone actually is in charge of making sure things get done. The rudeness of the agents is also pathetic especially when you question them about why the process is not finalized. Never ever take out policies with MRP insurance.
