MRP Insurance

I've been a member of Mr Price insurance for many years never made a claim my husband is deceased on the 26th of November 2023 I put in a claim for the funeral cover its been a month now after many phone calls and promises that they will phone back claim has still not been paid out. I don't think a widow should have to go through this treatment from this company. I have paid up my account and I will be closing my account with them.
