MRP INEFFICIENCIES BECOME CUSTOMER'S PROBLEM

On the 23rd of January I logged into my MRP online profile and paid the full outstanding amount as per their 'ACCOUNT SUMMARY' page. Never would I have considered that my purchases on the 16th of January were not included in this, it's incredible that it takes MRP more than 7 days to link the purchases?!?
All the same since I did make the purchase I am liable for the payment, here's the insane part. In January I paid the full outstanding balance and on the 16th of January I made another purchase, so on a purchase of R3300-odd my instalment is in the vicinity of R1600?!?! SERIOUSLY MRP?!?! Surely this breeches the legal premise of my contract which signed for a 12 month instalment period????

The cherry on the cake is requesting a settlement letter and receiving the SAME balance that the website shows, by definition a settlement letter is legal and binding. Mind blown at this level of pitiful service I email them back and say 'are you sure that if I pay that the account will be nil'. I get an email back to say no there would still be other charges. So where am I left, MRP is too *********** even to tell me how much to pay to get rid of them completely.
