Mrp incomptence

Hi recently received an email stating that no delivery will be made after the 26th due to the covid -19 outbreak however my query is that I made an order on the 4th of march 2020 the expected date was the 16th.i want to know WHEN will I get my parcel or should I just cancel the order and get my refund cause its pointless waiting for the order that might just be delivered in the next summer or another lifetime. I need my order before the 26th of course. its pointless talking to them via the chat cause your query is solved before you get the answer you wanted. it is the 2nd time i have had to deal with their incompetence. for an order placed on the 4th of march i should have gotten my parcel already however they were too QUICK to take money on the order date but delivery of the goods ordered its a constant NIGHTMARE
