Mrp group delivery times not abided by

So after endless frustration of not experiencing timeous delivery, I feel the need to post my complaint here.<br> <br> As consumers we are too complacent with terrible service. I would actually like a response as to why you misrepresent your delivery time frames?<br> <br> I notice the only way my order even arrives within 5-7 days, despite selecting and paying for 1-3 day delivery, is when I contact customer service. A short response usually follows indicating that the order is on its way. I am not satisfied with that answer. Please shed some light on what the problem in your DC is? <br> <br> Your customer service in all your stores is so terrible and the least I expect is a satisfactory service online.<br> <br> Eagerly awaiting your response.<br> <br>
