MrP Groblersdal

I went to Mr Price Groblersdal mall around 16h00 on the 22nd and the service from one of the female assistant was appalling, I was shopping for girl clothes for someone and she could see that i was struggling but could not give damn i eventually asked her for assistance which she was less than willing to do. We exchanged a few word and what i got from her was that i was bothering her even though she was clearly standing there passing time. Now i finally get to the checkout points and the card machines are not working, when i asked the lady she explained that they were upgrading the system and that there was a sign saying so, now my gripe is that the sign was there but did not mention anything about card machines not work and i think as a store that caters for the lower LSM shoppers, the signages should be clear and straightforward. I had to leave the clothes i spent 40 minutes sourcing.
