MRP great customer service from Melani

I just need to say that I have issues with medinet (mrp's insurance comp) that landed me in such a huge financial problem, that I still don't know how I'm going to get out of it. I just want to thank Melani from the customer service of Mr Price for assisting me all this time and all your effort and friendlyness. She is great, a superstar actually. Great customer service Ms she understands the people's needs. Very professional and she helped me this morning and the previous week trying to do anything she can to get my claim approved. I did lay a complaint against Medinet but I just want the people to know that the insurance company is from outside, it is not Mr Price that has the problem. I've been a customer of them for many many years and their customer service in the office is great especially Melani. Thank you so much. I was close to a breakdown when I phoned this morning and after I spoke to her, I just felt better
