MRP GIFT CARDS

Good Day I called in 6 times and been cut off, 4 times. I had received a gift card on the 25/07/2020 after returning items, then on the 29/07/2020 i returned more items and added it to the same gift card, after doing some online shopping there was still supposed to be at least between 40 to 48 rand left on the card. On sunday i tried to use the card to purchase online says invalid card, i went to the store, store says no available funds of the gift card ***, i then decided to purchase another gift card *** for the amount of R140 cause my online order was R135, today i tried to use the gift card says once again invalid code, so where is my R5 change. This is unacceptable cause if am short for any sale online or store there is no way i will be allowed to purchase the items. i would like urgent feedback on my gift cards, cause today again i had to go purchase another gift card, absolutely ridiculous and such an inconvenience to me.
