Mrp **********ly opening accounts on people's names

I had an account with Mr Price that was closed in April last year. Today I receive an sms of a R3000 purchase that was made on my account in Maponya Mall. i call the Mrp Money line and they advise this account was opened online, i ask the lady how was the card then collected as a person would need an ID for such and I never lost an ID ever in my life and the consultant could not answer me. I asked her to call maponya Mall and investigate and get back to me still she could not give any answers. I actually suspect that this was an inside job, simply because I also called other shops and they did not have any record of accounts being opened it is only at Mr price. Someone should answer
