Mrp failure to refund and to correct my order

I was charged for 2 pajamas but I only received one. Please refund the pajamas I didnt receive. Also I received a pajama set (that looks like a blue tracksuit) I bought 2 the one is fine the other ones pant fabric is a different color blue and a different fabric, how do i go about getting a refund for that? I'm honestly not happy with having a missing item on the courier slip it shows I ordered 2 but only received 1. Please see attached pictures and correct this matters please

I have reached out to them the 17th 23rd and 30th. No response
