MRP failing to deliver missing order

I placed an order for a sleep set the order was delivered but the set was short of a short only the t-shirt was delivered I contacted MRP asap I was told the turn around time for feedback is 24 - 48 hours the period set has passed I've been contacting them daily all they say is they still waiting for the feedback. MRP I want my short ! Such business acts are barbaric and *********. You can't squander customers funds like this where's my short I want it.
