Mrp customer service lines suck!!!!

If it was possible to give no stars I would, I bought a cellphone online and it was delivered to me on Wednesday 8 December 2021. The phone screen goes white when you play games and crashes which is totally frustrating for my teen . The customer service agent told me to take in to nearest store on 9 December, which I did, the lady could unfortunately not do anything as the branch was closed to query up on when i received my order due to the 7 day return policy. Anyhow she took the phone and the invoice said she would call me today 10 December. I am still waiting on a call from her. I have literally tried every customer care service nr and whatsapp none of the nrs work not even the Head office !!!!! Disgusting customer service from Mrp
