MRP Customer Service is Absolutely Dismal!
Despite several emails, facebook messages and attempted whatsapp chats (their whatsapp chat line is as dismal as their customer service) I have still not received a resolution to my query and have just received an email telling me it will be resolved. Nothing was resolved. I've subsequently cut up my card and once I've paid off the TINY balance on my account, I will never be using them again :)
