MRP clothing Rosebank with lying staff, untrained or mismanaged? Lebo and other

Yesterday I was at Rosebank mall, when I asked trading hours at the Mr Price home i was told its usually until 6pm but it has been extended to 7pm as per area manager. I asked if this relates to the Mr Price clothing shop and they said yes. Ok no problem. I finish buying and i got over to MRP clothing. I get there and the door is half open, its about 18h30. A lady approaches that works at the store, i ask if they are still open because I am puzzled by the door. She says no they are closed and they have cashed up, I am like oh okay, can you please confirm whom I am speaking to then she was evasive. Said she can’t disclose, I am welcome to walk into the shop and see for myself that there are no tellers operating. She was now speaking with a tone of attitude like i had asked an obscene question. I said I am not arguing with what she is saying but she is alarming me now when she can’t say her name. She refuses and said i must speak to the manager. Since she suggests the manager I said okay, then call the manager, then she shouts out for someone else, and isn’t willing to call the manager, then says the manager is too busy. Ok, but now I am eve more puzzled since it was her suggestion. At this point she calls the security guard to come explain and another worker comes. at this point I just wanted her name, because she was really unprofessional and rude. The security guard and the other worker confirm her name is Lebo and she is the only one in the store. I explain what happened to the other lady (dark skinned, big with a bob cut), who has happy to tell me Lebo's name, didn't want to say hers. And when I said I will raise the complaint so someone contacts me as I am not happy with this. She refused to tell me the manager in charge they were referring to, saying they are not allowed to give out the manager's name. I ask if the manager is male or female, so I have description and she refused. Said people’s jobs, that’s wrong, I must just come back tomorrow. I asked the security guard and he confirmed it’s a male. As I was walking away an third worker came, I didn’t bother to ask her name. She confirmed the manager is cashing up she cannot come to the door. I asked for the manger’s name she said Constance, I said that's surprising because I was told it’s a male. She said it’s definitely female. She apologised for the experience and she was much more pleasant but at this point I didn’t bother to ask for her name. I thought to leave my contact details but I decided to call in instead and mentioned I would call for the manager today. I called ***, ***, I even tried the MRP home number so they can transfer me on *** but to no avail. My biggest gripe is the Lebo in the picture. Why is your staff evasive? What training are you giving them and why is there a negative sentiment of people taking accountability with what they say to customers. Why is your staff unable to confirm a manager’s name or lying about descriptions? Where is the integrity and transparency of your services? It was disgusting how territorial for no reason they became. Now I must tell stories with descriptions of people when this would have been shorter with names. The third thing, is why is it so difficult to get a hold of your stores? I called the number on google for MRP and the number on the app and I couldn’t get through to the branch. I am an account holder and I don’t know if your service differs depending on the branch. Because even your MRP home service was exceptional even if they may have given me wrong information. They were pleasant but the contrast of the MRP clothing store is really disgusting to say the least. You need to train your staff about complaint resolutions and owning what they are saying. And confirming a manager name and staff name, gives me the customer an opportunity to narrate the story better, otherwise that’s why they have name tags in some places, just for that reason.
