MRP - Closing cases logged without making any type of contact.

I ordered winter clothes online as I would usually do, but this time when I received my items it was thin uncomfortable T-shirts that were delivered. I took screenshots of what I ordered and paid for and send the images of what I received and issued it immediately, this happened in March and to date I have not been assisted. Instead I received an email stating that my issue was resolved successfully which is far from true as I was never contacted, not via email, phone or any other means.
